B23 Title

THE LEGENDARY AEROPLANE: The Piper PA-18 SuperCub is a two-seat, single-engine monoplane. HB-PRT is a beautiful, well maintained plane based in Bern. It was built in 1953 and features a 150 HP engine that easily takes two passengers over the Swiss Alps. To fly this “tailwheel” aeroplane, you need special training and fulfill a specific type rating additionally to your private pilot’s license.

THE 4 SEATER: The Piper PA-28 Archer II is a four-seat, single-engine, low-wing light aircraft. HB-PKK is newly restored and equipped with modern Garmin G3x flight instruments including autopilot. The plane is owned by alpaviation and perfect for trips with up to four people.

THE CESSNA: Different types of Cessna Aircraft are also available for beautiful flights. The Cessna 172 is the most produced aircraft in the world and with it’s high-wing, offers a perfect view of any area you fly in. The Cessnas (172, 182 RG) hold pilot + 3 passengers.

THE PILOT: For Vince, the Passion for flying started in 2020. Since then, many hours were spent studying aviation and training to FLY WELL. Vince holds a commercial pilot license and has gained mountain flying experience in the Swiss Alps. He has also flown in Canada and the USA as well as different european countries.

THE NAME: To “FLY WELL” means to exercise and share the FREEDOM & PEACE OF FLYING in a SAFE & ENJOYABLE way that leads to a WELL-LIVED-LIFE.

THE AIRPORT: Bern-Belp is one of the most beautiful airports in the world. The take-off and landing from runway 14 towards the Swiss Alps offers a very unique view that everyone needs to experience at some point in their life.

THE DOWNSIDE: At the moment, flying still causes a certain amount of CO2 emissions. This is why I am involved in a Swiss electric airplane Start-Up called Smartflyer. Also I use a CO2 Calculator for all my passengers that want to reduce their footprint using MyClimate.org.
